Spray paint

Spray paint is a form of liquid paint that can be applied to a surface through a spray nozzle. This common term is usually used for various colors of paint available in cheap, easy-to-carry aerosol cans. Spray paint can be used anywhere regular paint is used, but is particularly relevant to signage and graffiti.

There are some benefits of using spray paint. A constant stream of pressurized gas pushes the paint out of the can which results in distributing the paint evenly across the surface. This removes the need for brushes or rollers. This form of painting is generally quicker, cleaner, and easier to achieve a uniform coat.
